16 bucks for a little bit of dinner + dessert + snacks and coffee for tomorrow. Can't beat it! The flavors are on point too. Clearly, I love kimchi. I preferred the pan fried kimchi to the dumplings but who knows? You might like the dumplings more!

Horrible experience!!!! I had a very disappointing experience with the beef quality. I was willing to pay extra for what was advertised as higher-quality meat, such as American Wagyu, but what I received was far below expectations. The beef slices for KBBQ were extremely tough—so much so that they were difficult to even bite or chew. This is not acceptable, especially at a premium price point. If you’re charging more for quality, the product should absolutely reflect that. Unfortunately, this did not meet even basic standards. I also had a very unpleasant experience with customer service. The lady I spoke with was extremely unhelpful and rude. Instead of addressing my concern, she told me not to buy meat from H Mart and to go to a restaurant instead. I approached the situation politely and was simply trying to resolve an issue, but her response was dismissive and inappropriate. This is not the level of service I expect.

“I absolutely love shopping at H Mart! The store is always clean, well-stocked, and offers a wide variety of fresh produce, seafood, and authentic Asian products. The quality is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. Staff is helpful and friendly. One-stop shop for everything!”

The incident just happened this morning at 0930 on 1/7/2026. Cashier lane number 3 : I brought up all my items on the rolling counter. After I loaddd everything up, I looked around and saw a big brown bag in front of this Hispanic cashier . I asked her are we waiting for someone . She said yes. She said waiting for a customer before me to get some yams . Then I kept waiting for another 2 mins . Then I asked her can you put current customer transaction on the side and ring me up . And this is very common at Ralph, Albertson , Smart and Final. It’s not first time I go to market . I said in very polite way. This Hispanic cashier said NO RUSH. this line is NO RUSH. If you want , you can move in the lane 2, which I already unloaded all my stuffs on lane 3. Up to this point I’m like OMG what type of attitude with customer is this. Then she added on time is just perfect . No one needs to rush. Dude , you don’t know what time is meaningful to others if it’s not to YOU. You know if you got stroke brought in to hospital , there is golden time door to needle or door to balloon means to save someone’s life . I’m rushing because I gotta go to work to save someone’s life . They call it what goes
